Custom Shotgun Buffer
We were able to take a standard product and customize the cylinder material, plating and color, piston rod length, adjustment knob material, and etching to what would satisfy the customers requirements. This KynSHOT solution was universally accepted by the customer and has since been incorporated. PCC Short Stroke Buffer
One of our Brand Ambassadors reached out and mentioned that competitors were using our RB5006 for PCC applications since it would short stroke the rifle, allowing them to improve their times. However, the RB5006 was not designed for the harsh blowback system, and some user were experiencing failures. We took it upon ourselves to design a unit that would withstand the blowback, provide the necessary damping for 9MM, and also short stroke competition rifles. Custom OEM 9mm Buffer
One of our OEM contacts reached out to us asking for a buffer with very specific design constraints that could be applied to both the .45 ACP and 9MM platform. Also, it needed to function mostly in a full-auto firearm. We designed them a custom unit that would fit into their platform, tested it at our in-house test lab, and sent it to them to be used on their range. More information to come!
Composite Shotgun Buffer
The composite shotgun buffer is a lightweight, cost effective, adjustable shotgun buffer for users that have a composite or wood stock and do not want to change to a Mil-Spec style stock. There is a dramatic recoil reduction of up to 90%. With the addition of a kit containing various mounting plates, rubber boot, and a jig, the composite shotgun buffer can be installed on any composite or wood stock. The buffer has multiple settings that allow the shooter to select the right level of resistance to match his/her gun weight, cartridge and shooting style for the absolute best feel and maximum effectiveness.
