Bought this initially paired with a Wilson Carbine flat spring to even out the feed process on a 350 legend 20inch carbine gas tube. Works great that occasional stove pipe issue disappeared. Replaced the upper with my 18 inch 5.56 again a nice and smooth action. Recoil on both was near 22 LR after install. Will be adding to all my AR builds.

On my AR 15 full length (16 inch barrel) PCC chambered in 9mm, I have been rocking this KynSHOT AR 9mm recoil buffer for about a year now and it is awesome. I have put about 1000 rounds down range rapidly and single shot increments, and it still feels the same as when I first bought it. Just for kicks, I have also used this on 5.56 and its wonderful. The recoil felt is very minimal at single shot increments, at rapid fire, some recoil will be felt. However, please stick to the suggested caliber this was intended for.

Works great on my competition CA9mm. just removed old buffer and drops right in perfect fit. very noticeable first day shooting muzzle raise was lower for faster follow shot.i would recommend for your 9mm PCC build.

I use this hydraulic buffer with a JP .308 buffer spring and A5 buffer tube in my competition PCC. Using the JP 9mm short stroke BCG makes the gun cycle fast and minimizes recoil. I am surprised at how the gun runs with these components. Some top shooters use this combo and I followed the leader to improve my game.

I added this to a PSA PA-10 rifle in 308 Win. 18 inch barrel. The recoil was not bad to begin with but adding this helped reduce felt recoil. My daughter likes this rifle more than her Ruger American in 6.5 CM. Very pleased with it.

I originally purchased one of these for my 10.5 inch AR15 pistol. I paired it with a Rubber City Armory titanium lightweight BCG, and I had a WAY LARGER improvement than the 15-30% (as advertised) in recoil reduction, target reacquisition, and overall comfortability while firing the gun. This piece is amazing, and I’ve never had more fun shooting. It eliminates a lot of the fatigue at the range, and also improves every shot after your first one out of the magazine. It’s so smooth following up with your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 28th shot (etc).
I now put these in all of my AR15 builds. If you are building your first SBR or AR15 pistol build, I HIGHLY recommend getting a Kynshot buffer. It’s a must have for any build in my opinion.

As the title said, this thing works like butter while you shoot, but you need to get used to it from pump style.
I have it on my Beretta 1301 and set on HD=high damp for 00Buck 2/3" 12Ga.
Since Beretta is using gas blink system you have to keep your self stiff up to actually push the gun forward to get the gun to fully cycle through and eject the round. NOTE!! when i first install and compare from Remington 870 pump, i didn't need to stay all stiff with blackhawk knoxx coil shock stock since it is a pump 870. But because Beretta is a gas system, the blow back needs to keep it a bit stiff since the kynshot hydralic ate up all the force for itself to push back, so at this point, you gotta push a bit yourself, seriously took me a minutes to adjust and wonder why the shell got stuck inside a brand new gun at first try.

Put this in my mossberg 500. There are no instructions for install, but its not rocket science. Do not lose any small parts as they all required & no spares. The install for pistol grip is not ideal, the holes are not threaded, the screw drops in and have to manage to hold the square washer in place while also screwing it in. Definitely need small hands. Also, seems easy to strip the screw, would recommend using loctite. Shot 40 rounds of slugs and the difference in recoil is mind blowing. No more sore shoulder or bruising. Paired this with SB Tactical's BAFTA & now have more room in my safe for an extra shelf!

I used this with a fixed stock on my AR-10. I changed the barrel from standard 16 inch to a 22 inch so I was looking for some added recoil absorption. Installation was fairly simple and I was able to do it in minutes. I have fired the weapon several times since and recoil was very minimal. I am very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for better recoil performance.

All I can say is that many experienced range officers at Nexus Shooting in Davie FL can not believe the lack of recoil and muzzle rise on my home built AR15. One KEY element is to use RIFLE length gas system and a rifle length buffer like the KynSHOT.

Got this for my 20'' 1x12'' twist build. Used a PMP reviver set, X-Caliber barrel (lightweight), Sharps BCG, Ace stock with a 1'' extender from Al's custom, Rise Armament Stinger handguard, GO Guns XL Brake, Tubb flat wire buffer spring, SSA-E trigger and other good parts. The first rounds out of this setup was with IMI M193 ball ammo and I thought I had a squib load as the recoil was nothing!!! I have two 308 builds in the works and I will use the AR-10 version of this buffer for both.

Got one for my PSA AR10 and it made a considerable difference in felt recoil. Just to make sure I switched back to the standard buffer and yep there is definitely a difference between the two. KynSHOT hydraulic buffer works.

I’m pretty skeptical about any gadget that claims to mitigate recoil but after a bit of research I figured I’d give the KynSHOT a try. I did a side by side test with my recent AR10 build this weekend. Five shots with a standard buffer and spring then five shots with the KynSHOT installed. I was amazed how this buffer took the bite out of the .308 recoil and made it much easier to get accurate follow up shots. Adding a JP Industries tuned spring was the icing on the cake. The KynSHOT has made shooting this rifle out to distance much more fun and definitely made me a believer.

The difference between this buffer system and a standard extended heavy buffer is night and day. Felt recoil is reduced significantly and spring noise is almost gone as well. Running it with the Sprinco 308 (orange) spring and it functions perfectly in both my 8" and 5.5" barreled uppers with the SBA3 brace. I'll be back for more!

I bought this hesitantly for my AR-9 using a 6 inch barrel, but was pleasantly surprised to have the recoil reduced drastically. To be accurate in my statement it works smoother while shooting slowly. When you shoot slowly you pretty much do not feel any recoil. As you shoot faster you will start feeling the recoil. However, I am very satisfied with this purchase over a heaver buffer. I might even buy one for my AR shooting 7.62x39. I think it will really do the trick.
